Willowcroft Persia.

Persia was purchased from Margot Maitland of Willowcroft stud
in SA in 2005. Persia was purchased with a stunning colt foal at
foot by Oakvale Serenade (Willowcroft Music Man) and a PPT
in foal again to Oakvale Serenade.
After arriving in NSW, Persia became very sick with a compaction colic after engorging herself on a round bale of hay. After spending 4 days in the Equine Emergency Centre, Persia arrived home well and to our amazment was still in foal .
Persia has been a prolific breeder over the years producing some 15 stunning foals for both Willowcroft stud and Allambie Park. Some of these include:

Abbie was purchased as a new, larger mount from a pony for Ashley. Abbie had enjoyed a very successful show career with Mardi and Elle Mangan of NSW, earning many wins and high places at a royal level.
Abbie soon became a 'jack of all trades' due to her unflappable, delightful temperament, and regularly competed successfully not only in the show ring, but in the dressage arena, interschool competition and pony club events.
Abbie has produced two extremely successful foals for Allambie Park. All of her progeny exhibit her relaxed beautiful temperament and her extravagant front. Her progeny include:

Fidget is one lucky young lady. At one week of age, Fidget was found in the paddock with a broken near side hind leg. After three lots of surgery, five months confide to the stable and countless hours of care by many people, all that is left is a slight raised mark. However, due to this injury, Fidget has been unshown and now resides in the broodmare paddock.

Solly was purchased as a show pony approximately 10 years ago. After the conclusion of her ridden career, Solly was retired to the broodmare paddock.

Rathowen Out Of The Blue

Mia is a big moving Riding Pony mare that was purchased from Rathowen Stud in 2010. Mia was successfully campaigned in WA, being addorned with many broad shashes before making her way back ro NSW as a broodmare. She is an elegant lady that has a well set front, large hind quarter and a sweet temperament. Being of the height of 14.2hh, we are hoping that she will add elegance, height and refinement to her progeny. Mia has already produced many open Royal Show winning progeny for Rathowen Stud. These include:

Paris is an exquisite quality mare who is already a State youngstock winner as well as a Sydney Royal RP (2008) winner. She is a full sister to Royal Show winner Willowcroft Music Man.
Paris is an exquisite, quality filly who possesses a lovely turn of front, refined bone and correct riding pony movement. She has a beautiful and gentle nature and is a much loved part of the AP broadmare clan.
